Last week we found that if only someone could destroy the Eclipse Gate then they could send Rogue and the Dragons back to their time streams, without it F.Rogue couldn't come back to the past and the Dragons couldn't be sent forward.

Wasn't it wonderful that at the time of finding this out and being told they were indestructible that Natsu came crashing out of the sky with F.Rogue and Motherglare?

Beer this Sunday!

So this Sunday I will be going to Beer to the ExeWing Sci-Fi day at Pecorama. 

Can't wait! I went to their last one back in 2011, wonderful memories of the day, so much fun and I got to meet Colin Baker! This year I'll be meeting Ace, hopefully I'll have enough money to get an autograph from her and a photo taken like with Colin.

So look out for an excitable me on Sunday! And yes this means I won't be watching Silverstone live.

Episode 13

The finale is finally upon us (sad times) and by the end of the episode will it be Will that is believed to have killed people or will someone finally catch Hannibal spinning his webs?

This series has been a total and utter mind blowingly amazing series, a gem of a show that doesn't get the love it deserves because its too this or too that. Personally I have found it so interesting and emotional waiting a week to watch episodes have felt like a stab of cold to the heart at times.

So for the last time until sometime next year.... Hannibal!

Last episode the serial killer killed twice more whilst Eu told Ayumu all about why she can't talk or even make a noise.

It was all sadness and tears really.

So yes it has been a while and I hope to get all the episodes up to 7 done today but that depends how many I get to watch leading up to today. I keep saying I'll catch up and then before I know it one review takes forever and I never make it to Zombie Desu Ka.

As I've said countless times I have a new puppy that I have to look after and not enough time or energy to watch anime or write blogs. Sad but true.

Anyway last episode (which we all watched a long time ago!) Orito finds out that Ayumu is living with three girls, they go bowling and afterwards visit another victim of the serial killer who tells Ayumu that she remembers seeing Eu at the scene of the crime.

So after way too many weeks of waiting for it, lets find out what happens next!

Things are getting serious. We have found out all about Ringo's sister and how she's following in her sisters footsteps as laid out by her sisters diary to bring her family and Tabuki's happiness.

Not only that but there is a sinister women with a sinister penguin on the loose!

Anything can happen in Penguindrum!

And I'm sticking with this even if Yogi is off being happy because Gareki doesn't hate him. That is my story and I'm sticking to it to the very bitter end.

Well last chapter was a barrel of laughs now wasn't it? What with Ultear taking the blame for all of Jellal's wrong doing and Gray getting killed off.

How will Fairy Tail react to losing one of their strongest members?

Should fans boo rival drivers?

With podium interviews now apart of F1 it gives much more time for vocal fans to show their happiness/displeasure at race winners.

A lot of people think that booing has no place in the sport.

Me?

As a wrestling fan I don't see their problem. Yes wrestling is so much different but I'd rather have people show their displeasure by booing then by doing other things. Some of the banners and online "groups" are way more disrespectful then just booing someone. Do you expect someone who hates Vettel/Hamilton/Alonso to cheer just because we want the world to think we are the greatest fans in the world?

Well it won't work will it?

You can't force happiness out of someone and as long as it is just booing what harm is it really doing? Most of the stands in Canada looked pretty red to me and most of the time I didn't (on the TV) hear much booing just a lot of people chanting for Alonso.

Of course Vettel might not be happy to think he's being booed but then it is the same as the way the English media and a lot of English fans behaved towards Alonso back in '07 and I didn't hear a load of people come out in his defense saying that Hamilton fans should be lovely to him to his face then go off and be cruel behind his back.

I think ALL fans, all real fans will give the drivers the respect they deserve but surely booing someone they didn't want to win is A LOT better then making "hate" pages up and being totally disgusting towards those drivers online?

I respect all the F1 drivers, I don't always respect their decisions and I don't always respect the drivel that comes out of their mouths. But they are human, I am human and I won't go and pay to be at a race to be told to cheer on a rival driver just because its good etiquette.

Be happy fans are only booing it could be a lot worse trust me!

F1 Races losing their excitement?

So I wrote in my F1 blog for the Canadian GP that there is a possibility that F1 is losing a bit of its excitement.

Now this is purely personal and I don't even mean "is the racing exciting" because believe you me condensed down into a highlights package and you SEE that the races are exciting, and all races in the history of F1 have had lulls in the middle of a race or when one driver is slowing down a bit to make sure they get to the end of the GP.

I mean in a totally different way.

Fernando Alonso : The anti-hero Written by Anna Dunne @Awerka

This piece was written by me a good few years ago now. I think it was after the team orders debacle. I wrote it for a piece on my old forum when we started to try and bring all our creativeness together, at that moment there was a big anti-Alonso feeling on the forum (which hurt as all the members knew how much I adored Alonso and I'd never be that cruel to their favorite so I didn't know why they had to always be so mean in front of me. And I don't mean critical I mean just rude and nasty) and I wanted to try and bring them around to how their words could filter back to not only Alonso but any driver and hurt them.

I know personally the drivers are harder then to let a few people online or some journalists who will love them the minute they win get to them with name calling, but just as I find it hard sometimes to wake up and do my job after having the 100th drunk come strolling into our shop and causing problems this is how I imagined someone like Alonso would feel when all he does is his job and gets prosecuted for something beyond what needed to be said.

So after a race that I didn't watch, with a result I only kind of know I'm back with my F1 blog! A little different from the others because I'm writing it from memory of watching the race LIVE ON THE BBC (only time I'll do that all year probably) instead of having it open and reviewing it whilst writing it.

So here goes my Canadian GP review!

Right....

So... I haven't seen the last two MotoGP races and I never got around to watching Monaco. I have however watched Canada live (go me!) and am about to watch Karneval!

I am also three weeks behind on Nyaruko-san, a week behind on Penguindrum and two weeks behind on Zombie desu ka.

Forgive me?

The big problem (as I've said) is we have two new puppies, our house isn't the best to let them come upstairs so they are locked in downstairs and they can't go out yet as they haven't had their injections. Its dangerous to have my laptop down there as they eat wires, trip over them etc and this hunk of lovable junk is on its last legs. Therefore I don't get much time to myself anymore.

If I'm home during the day my sister moans until I either just look after the dogs on my own or look after them with her, then I'll have my boyfriend who HATES me ignoring him or else I'm at work (like I am for 7 hours tomorrow.)

I'm half asleep by the time I actually am allowed to go bed and will never function properly when I've only just woken up. This means my blog has suffered and I've missed a F1 race (the MotoGP is more down to uninspiring updates from someone who like me thought MotoGP blew F1 out of the water for a long time and has since like me came to the conclusion that its worse then F1 ever has been.)

I'm only working two days this week (Monday and Friday) so I will do my utmost to get fully up to date! So I apologise for sometimes totally blowing the blog up with reviews of things you've probably already seen two other reviews of in one day.

Female Doctor for 12?

So as always now we know we are getting a new Doctor the discussion starts on who will be the actor to take Matt Smiths place.

And as always be big debate on whether they should cast a man/women/black/white/actual real life alien as the next Doctor starts.

Now you can't talk about whether there should or shouldn't be a black Doctor without sounding weird or racist and as I have no problem with his skin color anyway (other then on a few points I'll make in this blog) there is no point to write about it. In fact most of the arguments I'm going to make in this blog can be made for anything from the color of his skin, gender or whether or not he's disabled.

The bandage that Yogi always wears on his face fell off and with thoughts of his friends in trouble, and focusing on wondering whether Gareki see's him as a friend or not Yogi went mental.

Even if he saves his friends this episode what is in store for our poor Yogi!?!

Goodbye Doctor....

So it has officially been announced that Matt Smith is leaving as the Eleventh Doctor, the Twelfth Doctor won't be announced yet so we have months of speculation ahead.

What can I say about Matt as the Doctor?

In my line up of Doctors he's probably joint second with Patrick Troughton.

He has had my two favorite companions (Amy & Rory) and some of my all time favorite episodes (Vincent & the Doctor, The Girl Who Waited, The God Complex...) and met some of the most amazing people (Canton Everett Delawere III.)

As with all Doctors he was unique in his ways. Boy did I love his ways! His love of bow ties and strange hats, the importance of jammy dodgers...

Matt has been a totally wonderful Doctor just like all the Doctors that came before him. Even though some people like certain Doctors and dislike others they are always the Doctor.

Words probably can't be found to explain how sad this news makes me. I can't explain how much his Doctor has meant to me.

Thank you Matt, thank you for being a wonderful Doctor and good luck with your career. Whovians will always be grateful!
