Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou : There is no smoke without Dog

Chapter 9

All those weeks ago we were visiting the "Holy Land of Blades" and saw Natsuno's plans to spend a romantic weekend with Harumi fail.

Poor thing!

***SPOILERS***

Going book shopping! We learn that Natsuno has been attacked a few times by her stalker and he's outside and that book that Harumi wants to read is in the store.

When they get home apparently the house has been ransacked. Ohhh no!

It looks exactly the same but Harumi  ome how has a sixth sense for books. Apparently when they left there was 99,822 books and now there are 99,823. It turns out to be Celestial Romance, even though they just purchased the book.

The girl that always apologizes seems upset that they brought the book for some reason.

Back at home and Harumi seems to be finding Natsuno very attractive whilst she's reading a book.

So the book is by a newcomer but it is also written like Natsuno writes stories. They call the pervert to find out about the new mysterious author. So it is going to be the apologizing girl isn't it? She goes under the name of Fujimaki Hotaru.

"You're more important than exams" what a lovely thing to say, but he actually meant her books not Natsuno. Her stalker is the father of the author isn't he?

Just as they walked through an abandoned warehouse as a shortcut they are surrounded by zombified people... INCLUDING AFRO!!!

Her stalker finally appears and yes I was right it is her father who is an author himself of historical books. He doesn't seem to have any skills compared to Natsuno who ties him up! It is a shame that the stalker is being dealt with like a joke.Lots of potty jokes....

His daughter wanted him to give Natsuno her book but he didn't want to because he was worried Natsuno would be a bad influence on his daughter. It turns out though that he hasn't sent any of the mobs after her, so that must be the work of his daughter.

They end up at the high school.....

She goes to his classroom and he goes to the Library.

The apologizing girl is there and now knows that the dog is Kazuhito... Mainly because I think he hid a novel he was writing behind Natsuno's books and went to get it back.

As I said I'm a little disappointed with the stalker stuff, I get it is a comedy but it wouldn't hurt to keep the jokes a little less.... Vulgar and have it a little more serious would it?

Not that I totally disliked it, I had a chuckle over the episode all the same and find the fact they ended up at Harumi's old school. It doesn't surprise me that Natsuno wanted to go and visit his old classroom (2-A) or that he wanted to run to the Library.

So Ami, the girl who always says sorry, what has she got going on? Happy we finally get to learn a little about her it seems! Is she the writer?

And what about the manuscript that Hamuri pulled out?

Everything is turning into a big mystery again!

I liked the episode, thought it put jokes in the wrong places but I just enjoy it, nice to take your mind off of life and laugh once in a while.

Still I love the blossoming relationship between our two main characters, in general not romantically. They work so well together, even if he gets attacked by Natsuno on a regular basis's they are just a sweet couple, it is nice to see them working together.

I like this series because it is just fun, there isn't too much going on all the time you can just enjoy it.

I do feel like there is going to be something big in the future though!
