Blood Lad : The dark hero rises (FINAL EPISODE)

Episode 10

So this is it... The finale... The end.... The big finish...

How will it all end?

***SPOILERS***

So Staz is talking to Hydra-Heads who can transform into a three headed dragon?

OK.

So the family wants to adopt Fuyumi because of the mothers being mergered.

Turns out that they did talk to Fuyumi's father about it, he wanted to fight for his wife but decided to give up on her to keep Fuyumi safe, there was no way they could keep both Fuyumi and Bell safe so he did the right thing. This is why Heads seems set on fighting Staz, he was scared of Fuyumi's father, kept his doppelganger as a servant and wanted Fuyumi to be brought to them so that his wife could be happy.

Sad because it was all her father was left with! It was a sad situation and they acted like adults and her father did what was best. Actually quite sad!

Back to Glasses and Glasses, Goyle isn't going to kill Braz because first off the king hasn't ordered it and secondly he wants to know why the king hasn't ordered it.

So Heads has been dong his research on resurrection but he really just wants to know why Staz is planning on resurrecting her. At the same time Bell is asking Fuyumi the same. Turns out Heads is going to let Staz and Fuyumi go as long as he agrees to his conditions and eats a cursed dumpling that will (more or less) kill Staz if he goes against the conditions.

BASICALLY it is just for him to ASK for Fuyumi's permission before he takes her away and also asks her permission to drink her blood. I love Heads, apparently it was only a sleeping dumpling anyway!

When he wakes for some reason Fuyumi is in a bikini? Her underwear? Not much?!

The snowman and his posse know that Staz is out of the city so have come to take over his territory!

Braz is threatening Goyle but he has another trick up his sleeve and freezes Braz where he stands. To bad for him Liz has finally arrived!

Wolf-Boy seems very depressed, poor guy! Wolf-Daddy looks bored. Git!

The boys are left to fight for the territory poor things.

Fuyumi seems to be a little confused of what she wants but decides on her father and agrees to go with him...

And we end?

WE END?

WE BLOODY END?!?!?!

END?!?!?!?!

THEY ENDED ON A BLOODY CLIFFHANGER?!

Upset.

The episode kept building tension and building tension and then when you think its about to get good they end.

Ohhh what a series this has been! So full of twists and turns and such an interesting story.

So now that Staz is going to resurrect Fuyumi he'll be faced with more troubles? Seemed a whole new cast of bad guys/foes for Staz. But Fuyumi wants to be resurrected mainly because she misses her father and wants to make sure he isn't on his own, and Staz must ask her permission to go with him and to suck her blood.

Not only that we know that Liz has helped Braz escape, what is he up to? Who could possibly fight Wolf-Daddy... Well Daddy Blood that is who! What a cliffhanger to leave it on. They only have three days till Wolf-Daddy wants to fight him, not that we get three episodes! I mean most animes are 13 episodes so why can't this one be.

Ohhhhhhhhhh!!!

I won't talk about the anime as a whole, I'll write a whole blog about it later.

This episode was such a tease! As I said it kept building tension, it kept making you inch closer to the edge of your seat and then it dropped a brick wall in your face.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

OK, calm down Anna, talk about the episode!

I loved Bells dad and it seems that there will be a rift between him and his wife as she doesn't (understandably) want Fuyumi to go, though I think that the easiest way against it would be to join the doppelganger and her father together so that he has to come to the Demon World as well... Not that he'd want to do that but I still think it would be a nicer ending on the whole!

Lets face it that whole situation is sad! I love that they talked it out and the decision was made on what is right for the kids, but two women suddenly became one and Fuyumi's father was right, both families could never live SAFELY together. It just wouldn't work! Either way it was dangerous for both Fuyumi and her father, more so for Fuyumi who would follow her half siblings into danger with no power to save herself. Either way when it came down to the safety of the kids Neyn was going to lose out, it just was a question of which side, but as a true gentleman Fuyumi's father didn't make her choose.

People might sit there and say he should have but do you realize how heartbreaking EITHER choice was going to be? Someone was always going to be hurt and it really was going to be Neyn one way or the other!

It really is sad and I like how Heads dealt with it.

As for the others, well we've only scratched the surface of what them lot are up to so I can't wait to find out.

There has to be a second season, the OVA can't cover all this can it?

A great final episode if a lot of a tease.

Made me thirsty for more (no joke intended!)
