Chapter 41

So we've won and Usopp is off to sea!

Where will our adventure take us next?

***SPOILERS***

So... We have a ship! The Going-Merry.

Love how Zoro and Luffy stop the rolling ball of Usopp, ohhh these guys!

If I loved last chapter this one set me right off!

So Usopp thought he was going alone but the others point out he's their comrade and he sets sail with them. We find out about how Usopp's mother died and why he lies (basically he started to make her happy and carried on maybe out of hope his father would return and take him to sea with him) and why he befriended Kaya (she went through the same thing as he did. His father left and his mother died!)

So sad!

The boys, well... They are just sweet and Kaya decides she's going to become a doctor. Good on her!

So we have a ship, we have a new crew member and we have the feels! So many feels.

The chapter was lovely and just so happy.

Finding out about Usopp's mother right after the story introducing him ends was sweet, it kind of shows this has always been his dream and now I'm even more certain he has to meet his father at one point. I'll cry if he never gets to!

Another short review mainly because it was just a feel good chapter, you really need to just read it and see for yourself. It was sweet and really built up love for the characters we are saying goodbye for. In some ways it ensured we knew they'd be alright now we're leaving with our crew for our adventure.

Not only that Kaya is on her own adventure and it'll make her stronger I'm sure.
