Fairy Tail : The Demon Doriate

Chapter 349

So tiny Gray is challenging the Demon who last episode brought back memories of Deliora.

GO GO GRAY!

***SPOILERS***

So whilst the Demon of Succubus Eye is bragging about how Gray is like a rabbit ready to be caught he doesn't realize that Gray has ice'd the floor.

According to Gray all he has done is increase his Imagination Power.

To be honest Gray shows his wonderful intelligence working out that the guy he is fighting isn't powerful enough to freeze the giants, which seems to make the Demon sad... Poor blighter!

Minerva is becoming increasingly cocky telling Erza she wants to hear her beg for mercy, suddenly though Erza has regained her normal body. It is kind of.... I don't know a little bit of a anti-climax but at least now we get a better fight between Erza and Minerva (who has lost her pants...)

Natsu and Gray are both normal now and Doriate (the Demon) shows his true colours as a Demon from the book of Zeref!

In a way I'm a little upset we didn't get to see a little more of the mini Natsu/Erza/Gray stuff, mainly because I'd have liked Erza to have found a way to fight Minerva and beat her a bit like what Gray did with Doriate.

Plus you can never get enough of Natsu as a kid!

Never mind. I mean I'm over wanting Lucy or Wendy to beat Minerva because they looked super awesome against the Treasure Hunters, but I would have liked to see Erza find a way around her problem.

Again... Never mind.

The big thing is the fact that Doriate is a Demon from the book of Zeref! So is this Zeref's work?! And why would one of his Demons be parading around in a dark Guild? I mean we've seen two (?) Demons from the book of Zeref before Deliora and Lullaby and they never could have joined a guild... I mean it is different (not in a bad way) and is nice that we still get to see some of Zeref's monsters.

I enjoyed the chapter a lot, it wasn't the most exciting of chapters I was hoping for a little more but it does seem that next week will be the big fight between Doriate and Gray.

These three are about to get to the end of their respective journeys and I'm really looking forward to seeing what they do after the fighting has ended and also what it is that Natsu has found!

Though we've lost the girls, what are they up to? I really want to see what the Eternal Flame looks like.

The arc is starting to get interesting and can't wait to see how this ends!
