So last episode Nyaruko and Mahiro were body switched and finding an opening into Mahiro's life forevers she marches him (in her body) to the front of the class and announces her (his) love for him (her)...
When will the confusion end?!
And how will Mahiro stop people believing he's in love with Nyaruko?
***SPOILER***
Well the simple way is to make Nyaruko seem indifferent to it all. So Mahiro got a kick but it still leaves the class thinking that Mahiro is in love with Nyaruko.
So when stuffing her face the deity that has taken over Tamao's body tells that Earth is about to be wiped out.
It also turns out that extremists have taken over Yoichi's body, yeah because we weren't expecting that when he didn't show up at school! He leads them to a bloody massive device to swap the extremist's minds with Earthlings minds. It is all a bit technical and everything is to do with Earths entertainment.
We then get a fight between CQC jammers and jammer cancelers and jammer cancelers, cancelers............
We do love a bit of CQC.
Yoichi doesn't look too strong so I don't know why Kuko didn't just punch him!
Well Nyaruko (in Mahiro's body) does in the end and Kuko joins in for a good stomping.
The president's voice of the extremist organisation then comes out of the giant contraption. Space Child Guardian is the man behind the plan and he is destroying Earth because of Space wholesomeness laws.
Yes because of the weird and the wonderful he will purify us!
Unfortunately in the middle of the fight Mahiro (in Nyaruko's body) doesn't notice a gun being pointed at him so Nyaruko (in Mahiro's body) jumps in front of the blast. Is Nyaruko gone? Will Mahiro be stuck in Nyaruko's body forever as his is lost?
Yeah... Alright this anime can't be that serious! It is all a ploy to lay a kiss on herself! "Smooch YEAH" and Nyaruko just proved the Space Child Guardians point but by that time the gun Tamao's deity has is recharged and Nyaruko and Mahiro are changed back.
Yithka, the deity who had taken over Tamao comes back to Earth (for RPGs) it is quite cute that she came back to say thank you as well as playing the game. And now Tamao knows all about the aliens, and yes Tamao seems to actually love Mahiro. I sure hope so, it would actually be really interesting to see that new dynamic. Doubt it (she's probably in love with Yoichi which would be cute but boring).
So another episode and to be fair this one was really good. It was a nice ending to what the last episode started. Talking about it is confusing as anything with body swaps would be. It was highly entertaining none the less.
It was nice having Tamao and Yoichi stay as important as they have been in recent episodes but it was a bit annoying that was through them having aliens inside them. I wish them two could just join the group without having to be like that, as I was saying I'd love the dynamic if it turned out that Tamao and Mahiro had a thing for each other. It would shake everything up just a little bit.
I loved the big punch line of the episode, really funny. This is why making anything too serious with Nyaruko and Mahiro would ruin some of the magic of the series. Her annoying habits wouldn't be so annoying if he dated her. As it is she's crazy but she still gets the fork in the end!
