Fairy Tail : My Share (Manga)

Chapter 327

Last week ended with Natsu being sucked into shadows and Lucy deciding she needs to close the door.

What will happen this week?

And were are the Dragons!?

Well if you wanted explosive this is what you got this week. Lucy demands to close the door, we find out that she has had Crux (the Southern Cross) reading up on the Eclipse Door and it isn't a door to a weapon. Oh no, opening the door will link them with 400 years ago.

And no sooner had these words left Lucy's mouth HERE COME THE FREAKIN' DRAGONS!

Yes people Fiore has Dragons!

So Rogue did come to do no good, and as Lucy rushes to try and close the door everyone looks on in total fright as Dragon after Dragon bursts out of the doors.

Natsu, as you'd expect, is actually lifting himself out of the shadow. So this cool problem for Natsu is being overlooked to get him out to fight with Dragons I guess.

To be honest there isn't a lot more to this chapter than this, it really is just the final explanation of what Eclipse is. You apparently can usually set the co-ordinates to where ever you want (as F.Rogue and F.Lucy must have done) but as the have an Eclipse at this second it seems to have stuck on 400 years prior.

The reason the chapter is called "My Share" just so you know is because it is part of Lucy's speech about wanting to live her and her future self's share of life. She wants her share of laughter and tears. It is quite emotional to be frank, the whole chapter.

The thing about Fairy Tail is it totally sucks you in, there is no in between you are there right in the thick of it. Like an invisible Guild member who feels the pain and the happiness of those around you. I was pretty much in tears when F.Lucy died, now the Lucy I've been with for over 300 chapters is in danger. Little Wendy is in danger. Gray, Elfman, Laxus (oh Laxus), Freed, Bixslow, Ichiya, Eve, Nichiya, Makarov, Bob.... Everyone is in danger, therefore I am in danger as well.

OK we have some over the top brilliant Dragon Slayers. But look at them. Laxus was beaten black and blue before defeating Jura, Gajeel and Rogue beat each other badly, Natsu just had an encounter with F.Rogue and basically pretty much lost, Wendy isn't the strongest in the first place and no way has it in her to defeat more than one Dragon without emotionally being worn out... Sting is the only one that isn't tired out along with Wendy but that is 2 Dragon Slayers against at the moment about 3 or 4 Dragons, and not to mention the force the Dragons are leaving the door with is keeping Wendy busy just trying to stand on her feet!

So we are in big trouble, very big trouble. And we have to wait a week to see how we start to not be in trouble.

But Dragons!

This is why Fairy Tail is wonderful, this is a transition chapter, going from "where is the trouble" to "shit the trouble is here" without making anything boring. The chapter had very little going on to be honest other then a dialogue drop so that we knew what was happening. Still it is of such a high quality that I was hardly breathing whilst reading it!
