We had an intro to the big four students in the school, they seemed very interesting, and it made out we'd get to see the fourth (we only met four of them) this episode.

But with a name like this I'm starting to doubt it. Not that I mind, mind you. Keep it for later (as long as we get to see Rintarou again *sigh*.)

So far I have to say that this series has been a bit of a weird one for me. It started off with a lot of promise and the last two episodes have confused me a little. With no real point to the stories the comedy and the episodes have fallen flat.

There is a lot to love in the series but there is also a problem with it growing stale if we don't get something to get into. And fast.

Personally episode 2 felt a bit flat to me, the character development for a new character was non-existent and we were left with quite a nasty character ruining the flow of the episode. Hopefully this all changes now.

Episode 2

Finally back to watch some more of this series. I was very impressed with the first episode and it just so happened the way I've been trying to get through the series so far I haven't come across it again till today (usually work Thursdays go figure!)

Now that the idol has joined the class we should start to see the romance side of this show playing out.

Lets hope it loses none of the charm!

So two weeks ago what happened?

The bad guy after sending Kanba on a wild goose chase and threatening to torture Sho (and kissed Kanba lets not forget) got the other half of the diary off of Ringo who just wanted Sho to be safe. Sweet!

We left Possessed Himari on the train with the bad guy. Get ready for the show down!

Himari was taken to a library and we learnt all about her friends and how they went on to be Double H (the two girls you see in the adverts whenever Sho and Kanba get on a train) she wakes up just to find out that Sho has been in an accident.

Himari you always make me want to cry!

Episode 8

Last episode all hope for Project M seemed to be at a loss as Tabuki got engaged to Yuri so Ringo decides to go one step further and bare Mr Tabuki a child....

Yep it went there!

Things are getting serious. We have found out all about Ringo's sister and how she's following in her sisters footsteps as laid out by her sisters diary to bring her family and Tabuki's happiness.

Not only that but there is a sinister women with a sinister penguin on the loose!

Anything can happen in Penguindrum!

So now Ringo is in on the Survival Strategy. Will she hand over the "penguindrum" ?

And not only that we have a girl (called Natsume) going around with a crossbow/slingshot firing Penguin Balls at innocent people....

Will we ever know what is going on?!

Episode 5

After an unsuccessful date with Keiju, Ringo is left trying to look on the positive side of things.

Elsewhere the mystery of who pushed the lady down the escalators...... Why would they do that? Who could it be?
