Fairy Tail not out this week

It seems unless it is uploaded tomorrow I have once again missed the announcement that Fairy Tail wasn't this week. 

So if like me you were staring at the computer wondering where is Fairy Tail... It doesn't seem to be coming out.

Guess what? I wasn't working yesterday and waited all day to read it, I'm working next week so won't be able to review it till I get home. I'll let you know if I actually find a reason why it didn't come out!

So I haven't even been online properly the last two days, missed all the animes that I spent so long getting up to date and to be honest not sure I'll be able to do much more work on it tonight!

Thing is I have had such a horrid time at work these last few days, usually I bite my tongue as you know it is never a good idea to moan about work in a place someone FROM work could see it, but now I can't be bothered.

Our manager (lovely women) came back from holiday on Monday and had to deal with a messed up shop (welcome to the last two weeks of my life!) and problem after problem. By the time I walked in on Tuesday she was walking out, and is now off sick for two weeks.

My assistant manager (again a lovely women) is very much sales orientated. Good thing you'd think? Well no, I work in a shop that needs people manning the phone, yes our area manager (not a nice anything) thinks we should have volunteers coming out of our ears doing everything because so and so has volunteers and they are brilliant (or fantastic) but you know what? In his area we are 9 times out of 10 the highest earners with the best gift aid scores. We might not be over target every week but then again that is because our target is about £5,000 over everyone else's!

So I was left on Tuesday to close the store which I did with no problems as I'm 100% behind my manager who didn't deserve the wanker of a area manager. Yesterday and today I've been living a total hell and by 10am today I was in the toilets crying my eyes out because I couldn't stand it anymore.

I came home Tuesday and yesterday and just couldn't face the internet, nothing ever goes my way and suddenly I'm the one that has to deal with every rotten ass in Plymouth.

I'm just totally fed up and I apologise that this then effected my blogs because to be honest I love doing my page. Just miserable right now.

I'll get on it though!

My name is Anna, I come from Plymouth, am 24 and a total geek. I am also right now looking for friends.

It might sound crazy but I'm not lying. This is my blog attempt to find friends.

I'm a geek my fandoms include Sherlock, Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, F1, MotoGP, Marvel, TNA, Discworld and Harry Potter.

I love anime and manga, I am currently reading through One Piece and have been watching/reading Fairy Tail for over a year now.

I love to write both online and at home. I tend to write short stories or else blog posts.

I love photography and wouldn't mind being dragged around the place to take photos of people and things(done that for a few zombies recently.)

I collect Trollbloods and just loads of different Malifaux models.

I'm very shy and it takes me a while to be comfortable to talk around people (hence why I have no friends) this is because I've been bullied most of my life (by people at school, family members and work collegues) and also because I'm partial deaf so can't hear how I pronounce words and feel stupid when I start to stutter over certain words that I can say in my mind but can't actually physically say for some odd reason.

I've decided because I need to work on my confidence the first place to start would actually to have some friends, not necessarily from Plymouth you can be from anywhere I don't mind. I'm planning on doing a lot of events in and around England next year so meet ups are possible!

I know I didn't! And I'll tell you why.

As someone who has been bullied most of my life, whether it was at school, in my area or at work, I can tell you making the victim shut up is the way that these bullies strive!

I agree that the idea behind it was noble, threats pointed at anyone on social media is wrong (threats are wrong in general), I see nasty things aimed at all types all the time and just feel like really asking these people what they think they are achieving?

Then again I'd love to ask a bully that in general!

What really makes you feel so big by upsetting others? How do you feel so special when all you do is threaten others? Make others feel scared and upset? If that person then ended their life would it be a victory? Can you not see that making others suffer and leaving them with life long problems isn't fun or anything to be proud of?!

Shutting up about it will never help. Instead we should spend our days sticking up for each other, not letting them win, not letting them walk over us and not sinking to their level. We should stand up and look out for each other and expose these boring and cruel people.

No one has actually explained to me what being silent is actually going to achieve?!

I just wish people would THINK before they say and do things. It might be corny but really treat others the way you would like to be treated.

So not only does Staz have a cool brother but a cool little sister who just so happens to be the jailer for the Demon World with her brilliant jail "Liz's Toybox".

Will Staz escape and manage to "unlock" his power... Or just steal the book he needs?

Plus Wolf-boy has taken Yanagi to Frankenstein! Woohooo!

It'll never be an older man, he'll always have to be young and good looking....

So let me introduce the young and good looking Peter Capaldi as the Twelfth Doctor!

So I never thought it would be a female, as you all know, and seeing Moffat wanted an older Doctor for Eleven before Matt Smith blew him away in the auditions I'm not surprised to see an older Doctor cast.

Personally?

I don't know him from much, to be honest I can only say I've really seen the Doctor Who episode he's been in (with Amy Pond.... as a Soothsayer) and that would be the Fires of Pompeii.

My first impressions basically were...

Older, good. Not that I think the Doctor NEEDS to be older but it is a different dynamic maybe more a Pertwee "father" figure to his companions over just friends with them.

A little awkward... Then again that might just be being announced on LIVE TV broadcast not only on BBC1 at 7pm but also in the USA, Canada and Australia AT THE SAME TIME! Still I like slightly awkward actors like Matt sometimes is I think it adds more when they've been looking awkward and then suddenly go stern in a second.

He's a fan. BRILLIANT! Maybe people won't moan about how he pronounces things if he's a fan....

Wow... this is our new Doctor?

Because no matter who it was going to be there was no doubting whether when his time comes I like him or not THIS IS TWELVE!

Who else is really excited? I am!

I would like him to be a little more... I don't know, dark isn't really the word for it. Only one eccentric tick, Matt had a lot, I'm talking about one thing like Pertwee's martial arts stuff or Bakers jelly babies. Take away the emotion from the Doctor and have it about the people he meets, make him more like a teacher to his companions, taking them on an adventure but leaving behind their personal lives.

I don't know really, I want him to be different from every Doctor but be the Doctor at the same time.

Ohhh I'm excited!

Welcome Doctor Twelve!!!

(The one thing I'd love is for him just to love being the Doctor, especially as he seems to be a fan. Good luck to him and I hope he loves it!)

Grand Magic Games / Dragons Arc : Final say!

So I've babbled on about the Grand Magic Games and the Dragon arc in Fairy Tail since it ended but I thought I'd write a last blog to get off my chest what I felt was a bad arc (in a way.)

First off it went on WAY too long.

It started off quite exciting, you had all the heartbreak of the guys who went missing coming back to the Guild 7 years later, the games started off pretty awesomely as well and the biggest strength was the new characters we got to meet (and the old character we got to see again MEN!!!!)

So it started off well and then the final day of the games come....

Everything since then has felt really rushed and forced. And I'm going behind the tag now to avoid spoilers if you haven't read the arc yet fully.

So the announcement of who will play the 12th Doctor is coming on Sunday evening!

I will be here to blog my opinion of whoever gets the role, as you can probably guess.

What am I looking for?

Someone who just makes the Doctor... the Doctor. Whoever it is in reality whether male/female or whatever will be alright as long as they play the character as the character. So if it is a "stunt" casting choice and the writers start writing it as such then I hope the actor at least doesn't play up to it.

Excited!

But also mighty upset that this is the moment where Matt leaving is so real!
