Episode 6
Things seem to be getting interesting for a change lets hope it continues that way!
***SPOILERS***
So they are eating in the dome room thing they have that I failed to mention in my last review. They also have a armoury it seems with stupid amounts of guns that the Foreman has collected.
When the alarm sounds and they can't see anything on the screen Aoi runs out hoping to see "Mr Wolf" (the dog) but the 1st Division are out there and catch her.
They want the Coppelion's to join them to protect their territory and if they say no they'll kill Aoi.
The only reason Aoi is saved is because the Foreman knew where the base was and the guy from Clean up arrived. Haruto is the name. Or maybe not it seems she didn't run fast enough and is now locked in a cage in 1st Division headquarters.
The Foreman is another one that doesn't want to leave the city, he doesn't have to work or pay taxes so seems happy enough where he is but of course he has it pointed out that the Coppelion all have it programmed into them to save any survivors so can't just leave them behind.
On their mission to save Aoi though it shows that each Coppelion seems to be programmed differently.
The commander of the 1st Division is HORRIBLY disfigured from the many years of exposure, DAMN he looked fucked up! That was a nice surprise. They also shoot a shell from the tank at Ibara, I'm hoping that isn't the end of the commander more then I'm hoping it isn't the end of Ibara.
I liked it, for a change a second episode that was just as good, there seems to be a lot of talking about nothing though.
I mean they've told us a lot about Coppelion but not much of it is interesting or important. We've heard a lot about the survivors, how they survived etc but none of it makes sense or is important. They are putting a lot in but none of it seems to have any baring on anything.
In fact its kind of drowning in information not fitting in with its own story!
A shame because it is quite and interesting show.
A lot seemed to happen in this episode but most of it was fighting and acting all army like, I liked the show because it wasn't really all about that but this episode just lost itself. I'm not sure about Haruto because they didn't give us anything about him other then he's a Coppelion that doesn't mind killing people which is the opposite of how Ibara feels.
I'm the kind of person that loves something creepy happening or a big event like this then having whole episodes just telling us a story, this isn't fitting together properly though and at the moment I'm not confused but I'm not finding a whole picture either. Its like the sides are done but the picture in the middle doesn't match at all.
I guess this episode has to be judged when this story has finished though. As it is it didn't suck but its still a lot of... Nothing really isn't it?
